About Panfidea

We are a software development company that understands finance from the inside.

Panfidea does two things. We build software, and we advise on how finance and ERP systems should work. Most companies do one or the other. Doing both is the point: the person who understands the accounting rule is the same person who writes the code that applies it.

Our clients are banks, finance departments and public organisations — places where the work is examined, the rules are fixed, and a wrong number has consequences.

Where the name comes from

Panfidea is built from three parts: pan, meaning all or complete; fides, meaning trust or good faith; and idea. Complete trust, and an idea. For a company that works on other people's financial data, trust is not a decoration on the name — it is the whole job.

What we do

Experience in the public sector

Alongside our work in the finance sector, Panfidea has delivered projects in the Greek public sector.

We mention this for one reason: it is evidence rather than advertising. Public sector delivery in Greece means formal procedures, fixed requirements, several parties reviewing the same work, and a high standard of accountability. A supplier who can work that way can work anywhere.

How we behave

• We say what we can and cannot do. If a request is outside what we know well, we say so. It costs us some work and saves you a failed project.
• We write things down. What was agreed, what changed, and why. Not for bureaucracy — so that a question asked in six months has an answer.
• We use plain language. Many of the people we work with do not have English as a first language, and many are managers rather than engineers. Nobody should have to guess what we meant.
• We build to be handed over. Documentation, source code and training for your team. You should stay with us because you want to.
• We stay after go-live. The first weeks are when it matters most.
